AUTOBACS SEVEN Co., Ltd (Autobacs Japan) has announced that two of it's subsidiaries, AUTOBACS STRAUSS INC. and AUTOBACS U.S.A., INC resolved to file Chapter 11 petitions.
ASM is a subsidiary of AUTOBACS SEVEN Co., Ltd (Autobacs Japan) but it has very little affiliation with Autobacs-USA or Autobacs-Strauss both of which have declared bankruptcy today; they simply share the same parent company. Autobacs Seven is still financially sound and ASM has not been impacted by Autobacs-USA.
Go Tuning Unlimited has maintained a strong relationship with ASM Japan and will continue to do so regardless of what happens to Autobacs-USA. Rest assured that we will continue to stock ASM products and manufacturing will continue without interruption. New products will still continue to be developed and as always, product quality will still be second to none.
