What type of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Cash, Bank Cashier Check, or USPS Money Order.
Do I have to pay tax if I pay cash?
Yes. All sales within California are subject to 8.00% sales tax.
Do you price match?
Yes. We will match or beat any price on almost all items. Just show us legitimate proof of a competitor price and we will either match it or beat it!
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. However, we do not accept international credit card payments. Payments must be by Bank Cashier Check or Direct Bank Wire Transfer. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.
Can you get products not listed on your website
Yes. Please contact us with an item description.
Are all items on the website in stock?
No. Please contact us for up-to-date availability. We strive to keep our website as updated as possible, however, items may have recently sold out or there was a mistake in the status listed on our website.
When will my order ship?
In stock items are shipped within 2 business days after the order is received. Special order items vary in their wait time, please contact us for availability estimates.
What is my tracking number?
If your order was placed online, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log into "My Account" and your tracking number will be listed in your order details. Please contact us for your tracking number if your order was place by other means.
What is your return policy?
We at Go Tuning Unlimited value our customers and guarantee customer satisfaction. Items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receipt of the item. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee applied at the discretion of Go Tuning Unlimited. No returns are accepted on Special Orders and International Orders. Returned items must be returned in unused and unaltered condition in their original packaging. All returns must first be authorized and approved by Go Tuning Unlimited and require an RMA return authorization number. Please contact Go Tuning Unlimited for return instructions prior to sending items back. Customer must pay for all return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be received 14 days after the RMA number is issued. Please insure returned items are properly packaged for shipping. Refunds will not be issued on items that are damaged during return shipping to Go Tuning Unlimited. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.
